Capital Strategy & Restructuring

Supported the recapitalization efforts of a regulated MedTech company by introducing an institutional venture capital investor, coordinating due diligence, advising on capital strategy, and helping structure a multi million dollar financing.

Enterprise Scale & Exit Readiness

Built and scaled a new enterprise software business unit, secured a strategic Microsoft partnership that enabled adoption across its global sales organization, led three acquisitions, and helped guide the company’s transition from the OTC market to NASDAQ.
